CACA Continues Support with $5k Donation to Burnaby Hospital
The Canadian Alliance of Chinese Associations (CACA) is no stranger in supporting Burnaby Hospital Foundation.
In 2019, the organization held a charity golf tournament that raised over $40,000 towards a brand new CT Scanner. In 2020, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, they wanted to help protect hospital staff and donated 9,000 medical face masks. And now, in 2021, they have contributed a $5,000 gift towards the Proud History, Bright Future Campaign, the campaign to transform Burnaby Hospital.
CACA’s pride and dedication in supporting the community hospital is unwavering.
Many thanks to everyone involved with this gift and a special applause to City Councilor, James Wang for his leadership.
