In Memory of Paul and Mary Chan

Our family spent many long days, nights, and weeks at Burnaby Hospital in 2017 and 2018. Dad spent weeks recovering in hospital from a fractured vertebrae ultimately he was able to complete his recovery with family.

Mom was transferred here after emergency hip surgery and was almost ready to leave. Unfortunately, she suffered complications due to other health issues and died in Palliative Care. With Dad’s recent passing in November, we want to give thanks to all the team at Burnaby Hospital for the care and compassion our family received throughout the years.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations to Burnaby Hospital Foundation would be much appreciated
