In Loving Memory of Tam Lai-Wun

Tam Lai-Wun, devoted mother and beloved grandmother, passed away peacefully on May 10. In lieu of flowers or condolence money, the family kindly requests that expressions of sympathy be made in the form of a donation to the Burnaby Hospital Foundation.

The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the nurses and care aides of the Medical/Surgical Unit for their exceptional care and compassion. During her time in the hospital, the staff ensured she was comfortable and meticulously cared for throughout her treatments, while generously accommodating frequent and long family visits.

In appreciation of this exemplary service, the family requests that memorial donations be directed to support the hospital’s Surgical Unit 4B.
