About the Gala

The 12th Annual Gala, presented by the Burnaby Firefighters Charitable Society, brings together community leaders, businesses, and supporters for an unforgettable evening in support of critical healthcare priorities at Burnaby Hospital.

Funds raised through this year’s event will help support projects like the modernization and refurbishment of Burnaby Hospital’s MRI machine, one of the busiest MRI units in Fraser Health. MRI technology plays a vital role in diagnosing injuries, cancer, neurological conditions, and other serious illnesses, helping physicians make timely and informed decisions about patient care. This transformative project will upgrade the MRI with advanced imaging technology, improve patient comfort, expand diagnostic capabilities, and help increase access to essential imaging services for our growing community. 

Guests will enjoy a cocktail reception, multi-course dinner, live entertainment, and auction, all while supporting better healthcare for local families.
