Passionate about community, Selina has been involved in children and youth serving non-profit organizations for nearly a decade. Her non-profit career has primarily been focused in event management and community outreach. Prior to joining the Foundation, Selina worked for over five years in the autism community managing educational trainings and conferences. Most recently, Selina worked for the Ministry of Children and Family Development overseeing community engagement and outreach initiatives for Autism Information Services BC. Selina holds a BA in Sociology and a Certificate in Sustainable Community Development from SFU.
In her spare time, Selina enjoys cooking and exploring the beautiful parks in BC with her family and friends.
