Brentwood Town Centre Names Us Charity of Choice

Burnaby Hospital Foundation has been named the Charity of Choice for Brentwood Town Centre, who plans to host a series of events and shopping centre programs this year to raise funds in support of Burnaby Hospital’s urgent equipment needs.

“Choosing Burnaby Hospital Foundation as our Charity of Choice was a natural fit,” said Brian Wong, Centre Manager of Brentwood Town Centre. “Burnaby Hospital plays a vital role in our community, serving the needs of those young to golden. And we at Brentwood Town Centre believe in doing what we can to help ensure our community’s future is healthy and thriving.”

“We are very excited to be working with Brentwood Town Centre as their Charity of Choice,” said Marcia Harrison, Acting President with Burnaby Hospital Foundation. “Together, we have a shared vision to see our community grow and prosper from a leading health care facility. We are truly grateful to Brentwood Town Centre for their ongoing support in helping us raise awareness and funds to support Burnaby Hospital’s urgent equipment needs.”

Throughout the year, Brentwood Town Centre will host a variety of centre events and programs benefiting Burnaby Hospital. In addition to this, Brentwood Town Centre has committed 50 percent of donations raised through its stroller rental program to help purchase critical hospital equipment. Known for its strong community values, Brentwood Town Centre has supported over 100 charities and will continue to offer their support to various local charitable organizations through its not-for-profit vendor program.
