Tribute Giving
A tribute gift is a wonderful way for patients and their families to say “thank you” to our medical staff, or honour a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary, or wedding.
We will send the recipient(s) of a tribute gift notification of your donation (without disclosing the amount), and will send you a tax receipt. The names of tribute gift recipients are annually recognized on our Annual Donor Wall. Tribute gifts of $5,000 or more will receive permanent recognition on our Legacy Society Wall.

The Road to Recovery

When Dr. Lee Busse moved with his young family to Burnaby over 50 years ago, he never imagined the kind of impact Burnaby Hospital would have on him.
“My first experience with Burnaby Hospital was when my wife had a horrific accident and broke her kneecap in 12 different places,” shares Lee.
